Deep Democracy in the facilitation of change There's a thin line between "them" and "us". At any given time we belong to, or identify ourselves with, a multitude of minority and majority groups. How can consciousness of our own polyvalence support the awakening leader in each of us, and contribute to the facilitation of deeply democratic change processes, particularly when working in a foreign culture or environment where the constants and common ground may seem so unfamiliar.
