The model of the Five Petals of Identity will be presented to show how it can be used to harmonize patients conflicting parts. Each Petal - Body, Social, Professional, Spiritual and Secret Identity - is part of a whole. Each petal has its own characteristics with strengths and weaknesses; and each petal can transfer its resources to help another vulnerable petal, thus creating a harmony that is not the sum of the petals, but something that transcends.
