Milton Erickson was a master in the application of hypnosis and systemic approaches in the successful design of change processes.
Hypnosis is a form of influencing communication: Hypnosis practitioners, like systems thinkers, use techniques that make communication within teams, as well as within the organization as a whole, more effective.
Following Ericksonian approaches, Jeff Zeig presents in his lecture concrete methods and techniques of 'hypnotic communication' that empower a message. Furthermore, he imparts to the participants the fundamental principles as well as the practice of systemic approaches and their connection to Ericksonian hypnosis techniques – and works with the audience to develop effective roles that will sustainably make them outstanding communicators: It’s not about communicating effectively, but about being the best communicator.
