Artikelbeschreibung:
The principle of group dynamics and the autohypnoid method of autogenic training facilitate each other. The problems of participants are focused by non-directive group discussion. Then there is developed an individual intentional formula for each of the participants by group discussion. This gives it more weight than a quickly-found intentional formula in the patient-doctor dialog. As the formula has to be “positive”, the group members are trained in “salutogenic thinking”. The causal factors of a person’s problems should have come out in the group discussion before, and the intentional formula should condensate the trend “how to make the best of it”. This common endeavour enhances group dynamics, and group dynamics facilitate the learning of autogenic switching.
Our proceeding combines two different “schools” of psychotherapy, is therefore not widely taught, but should be. According to our “integrated psychotherapy”, different methods should be combined in a useful way for the patient - “be patient-centered, not school-centered”.
