This presentation focuses on four questions that are central to deepening our understanding and practice of coaching as a professional practice:
(1) What is “evidence” and what role does it play in our perception, cognition, action and communication?
(2) What changes when we think of evidence as a verb, as a contextual and relational process, rather than as a noun that is static and independent?
(3) What is the function of “evidence” for coaches in the 21st century?
(4) What becomes possible if we see coaches as artisans in terms of our relationship with research and evidence?
